(Some restrictions apply: Please see below.) January's meeting will only be considered in the event of a tie, so it's not too late to come join the fun! If you're missing the Salem Chapter meetings, you're missing out!
*A minimum of 5 meetings must be achieved to be rewarded. (Attendees must sign in to be considered.)
**A minimum of 5 new attendees must be achieved. A "new" attendee is a person who has never attended a Salem Chapter meeting. (Attendees must sign in to be considered.)
RESTRICTIONS: All decisions are final and are made at the sole discretion of the Salem Chapter Representatives. Attendance is based on the sign in of the guest book located at each meeting. New attendees must state the name of the member who invited them in order for the member to be considered for the reward. You do not have to be a member to win or to be considered in the contest, however, in the event of tie, special consideration will be given first to Willamette Writers members, second to Salem Chapter members, third to non-member attendees as well as to extra curricular event attendance, January's meeting attendance, and new attendee's recurring attendance.
